Dear Fellow ISHHRA Members:
I am so excited to be serving as the President of the Indiana chapter this year as we celebrate our 40th anniversary! Over the past several years, I have thoroughly enjoyed the educational offerings as well as meeting Healthcare HR Leaders throughout the state. ISHHRA and its members have been a valuable resource to me; I hope you all feel the same.
The officers and board members of ISHHRA are committed to providing you with quality education programs, invaluable professional contacts, opportunities to share and learn best practices, and a web site that is continually improving to meet your needs.
For those of you who missed it, we had a fabulous time celebrating our 40th anniversary at the Summer Conference! 10 past presidents were in attendance, including some of the original members! There were some great nostalgic moments, as well as interesting reminders of what was happening in the HR profession 40 years ago!!
Our relationship with ASHHRA continues to grow stronger, and we hope to achieve an ASHHRA Chapter Leadership Award this year. We are very proud of our chapter, and enjoying sharing our best practices with other chapters in the country.
We would not have such a strong chapter without the hard work of our board. If you have ideas for chapter improvements, or are interested in becoming involved by joining the board, please let us know. We cannot continue to grow and improve without fresh ideas from our membership.
